Treatment of inflammation and pain in lateral epicondyle of elbow bone.

نحوه استفاده:

1. محیط بدنه اصلی را به اندازه مناسب تنظیم نموده و آن را به صورت یک حلقه بسته آماده نمایید. (تصویر 1)
2. عضلات بازو را کاملاً شل و بدون انقباض نگاه داشته، سپس وسیله را کمی پایین‌تر از آرنج به طوری که برجستگی روی عضلات سمت مبتلا باشد قرار دهید. (تصویر 2)
3. وسیله را با استفاده از نوار ولکرو در جای خود محکم نمایید. (تصویر 3)

How to use:

1. Make the tennis elbow strap like a ring with desired circumference. (picture 1)
2. Release your arm muscles and put the device a little bit lower than the elbow. The pad should be on each side witch you feel pain. (picture 2)
3. Tighten the device by the hook and loop fastening strap. (picture 3)

4. نکات مهم:

   این وسیله نباید روی نقطه دردناک قرار گیرد.

   مقدار کششِ نوار ولکرو به گونه ‌ای باید باشد که ضمن راحتی بیمار، وسیله محکم و بدون جا به جایی در جای خود قرار گیرد.

   این محصول تک ‌سایز بوده و قابل استفاده برای تمامی افراد در هر دو دست چپ و راست می‌باشد.

   Indications:

   Tennis elbow support should not be located on the painful point.

   The amount of hook and loop fastening strap pressure should be as much as the patient feels comfortable, and the device does not move

   This product is free size and usable for all people in both left and right hands.
